Vikram oversees FlywheelTech's overall operations on behalf of the Vulcan Group. Over more than 30 years managing private, public, and startup businesses, he built and scaled an AI mortgage platform's India GCC from the ground up to over 2,000 employees, powering 30% of US home loans through a patented document automation platform used across 200+ mortgage companies.
Vikram earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Duke University.
Rajesh Shah
Head of Operations
Rajesh leads operations and corporate services for FlywheelTech in India. Across more than 40 years and three startups, he has built corporate services functions from scratch — most notably scaling one from zero to a 2,000-person operation spanning 200,000 square feet for a leading AI mortgage platform.
Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Indian Law Society's I.L.S. Law College, Pune.
Suvir Malaney
Head, Europe
Suvir drives FlywheelTech's European operations, building strategic partnerships with enterprises establishing Global Capability Centers in India. A seasoned entrepreneur with cross-cultural experience across the US, Europe, and India, he has led corporate turnarounds — including steering a publicly listed engineering company through turnaround and sale — and founded an AI and video intelligence company he continues to lead today.
Suvir earned his BSIE in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Muralidhar Thyagarajan
Head, North America
Muralidhar builds and manages FlywheelTech's client relationships with BFSI companies across North America pursuing AI GCC strategies. Over more than 20 years in mortgage and financial services, he helped take an AI-driven mortgage platform from its earliest stage to a product touching 30% of US home loans, most recently leading product for its data and document automation platform.
Muralidhar earned his B.Tech (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Davies Thalakottur
Head, India Technology
Davies manages FlywheelTech's India technology operations, including hiring and training development teams and overseeing IT facilities and infrastructure. Over more than 35 years building and managing engineering teams across Security, Storage, Proptech, Traveltech, and Fintech. He led engineering teams behind a highly scalable cloud object storage platform.
Davies holds an M.Sc. in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.Sc. in Physics from Fergusson College.
Ranganath Desai
Head, Finance & Regulatory
Desai leads FlywheelTech's finance, accounts, and regulatory operations. With over 40 years in finance, accounts, risk, and regulatory management across public companies and startups, he steered the finance function of a publicly listed engineering company through its turnaround and sale, and later served as Director and CFO of an AI mortgage platform's India GCC through its merger and subsequent sale to a global financial technology company.
Desai holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from ASP College of Commerce, Vijapur, Karnataka.
